I'm not sure if this is a HTF. I've never heard of it before and I've never tried any of Claire's np, have you?
Yes, I have a couple of them. They are ok, but kind of expensive at like $4.50 ea when you can get CG for $2.50 from an etailer. But they usually have buy one get 50% off the second, so it lowers the price a little bit.
I just wondered if it was H2F after I read her post on it, it just seemed like it was, but I don't think she ever came out and said it was a H2F, just thought you might know :)
I agree she did make it sound like that. I'm really not up on the claire's np though. I will go ahead and deem it a HTF! There! :)
